Labor supporting kitchen upgrades to Northcote Baptist Church

Labor Member for Cooper, Ged Kearney MP, today announced that a re-elected Albanese Labor Government will support the refurbishment of the Northcote Baptist Church’s kitchen.

This $40,000 election commitment will contribute to the urgent renovation efforts of the kitchen, which prepares meals for the congregation and is a central support hub for the community.

The commitment reflects the Albanese Labor Government’s pledge to ensure multicultural communities in Melbourne are supported and have the infrastructure they need for their growing communities. 

Consistent with past practice, election commitments will be delivered in line with Commonwealth Grants Rules and Principles.
